Returns: ALL sales are final. It is upon our customer service team to issue a refund/return upon discretion.

Shipping: All items are shipped USPS Priority mail with the exception of luxury items which are shipped via FEDEX. Items purchased before 5pm central time will ship SAME DAY, after 5pm items will ship next day.
